Nikolai Robles, MEM, PMP, CSSGB

Nikolai Robles has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Nikolai began their career as an Intern in the Projects and Construction Office at Electro Dunas SAA in 2007. Nikolai then worked as an Operations and Maintenance Engineer at Servicios Electricos Rioja S.A. in 2008. In 2009, they served as the Office Manager of New Services at PROCEING S.R.L. - EPC Company.

From 2010 to 2012, Robles worked as a Project Manager and Resident Engineer at CAM PERÚ, where they managed the installation of power equipment and oversaw multiple medium voltage projects.

In 2012, they joined Luz del Sur as a Transmission Lines Maintenance Engineer. Nikolai enhanced the annual maintenance plan and managed transmission line projects, resulting in a reduction in service interruptions.

From 2017 to 2018, Robles worked as an Energy Consultant at Los Robles Energy Consulting, where they evaluated project budgets, collaborated with various professionals, and handled workers' compensation and contracts administration.

In 2019, they joined Duke Energy Corporation as a Business Analyst II, where they managed the Enablement Process for Self-Healing Teams in Duke Energy Carolinas, leading a high-performing team and coordinating key activities in the process.

Since 2020, Robles has been working at EnergyUnited. Initially, they served as an Energy Services Project Engineer, contributing to the organization's energy efficiency programs and major projects. Currently, they hold the role of Continuous Improvement Project Engineer.

Throughout their career, Robles has demonstrated strong analytical skills, project management abilities, and a commitment to improving energy systems and delivering successful projects. Nikolai holds certifications in MEM, PMP, and CSSGB.

Nikolai Robles has a diverse education history with a strong focus on energy management and engineering. Nikolai obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga de Ica in 2008. In 2010, they obtained the Professional Engineer (PE) certification from Colegio de Ingenieros del Perú.

Nikolai pursued further specialization through various programs and courses. In 2012, they completed the Management Skills Development Program at CAME, Escuela de Formación y Perfeccionamiento Directivo, and the International Specialization in Electric Power Distribution Systems at TECSUP. In 2014, they also completed a Master Specialization in Electrical Markets Management from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, Spain. Additionally, they attended a Finance Strategic Management program at Zegel Ipae in 2010.

To enhance their expertise in the energy sector, Nikolai pursued a Master's degree in Energy Management from ESAN Graduate School of Business. Nikolai completed this degree from 2013 to 2016. In 2017, they furthered their knowledge with a Specialization Course in Prices and Rates of Energy Production, also from ESAN Graduate School of Business.

Nikolai has supplemented their education with several certifications. In 2021, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Nikolai is also a Professional Member of the Project Management Institute since 2020. In 2022, they received the E4 Carolinas Energy Leadership Academy certification from E4 Carolinas. Furthermore, they are a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) obtained from Sensei On Demand in 2022.

Throughout their career, Nikolai has continuously pursued professional development. Nikolai attended various training programs, such as the Management Skills Development Program from CAME Escuela de Formación y Perfeccionamiento Directivo in 2013. Nikolai has also obtained several certifications related to project management, including Emotional Intelligence for Project Managers, Value Delivery System in Projects, and Manager as Coach, all from the International Institute for Learning in 2023.
