Deidre Almstead Kohlrus

Deidre Almstead Kohlrus is a seasoned professional in government affairs with extensive experience in political and strategic roles. Currently serving as the Vice President of Government Affairs at the Energy Workforce & Technology Council since April 2021, Deidre previously held notable positions at the U.S. Department of Energy, including Chief of Staff at the Office of International Affairs and Senior Advisor for Strategic Planning. Additional experience includes serving as Political Director for Carly for America PAC and various roles during Carly Fiorina's presidential campaign, alongside a tenure with U.S. Senator John Cornyn.
