Kyung Min Shin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2016, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology. In 2017, they had a Software Development Internship at DisputeSoft, where they developed an n-tier application for code comparison. They continued to gain experience as a Teaching Assistant at Caltech from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they interned as a Full-Stack Software Development Intern at IBM. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Software Engineer at Caltech's Schmidt Academy for Software Engineering, where they played a core development role in FRITZ, an open-source platform for handling astronomical event data. Currently, Kyung Min Shin serves as a Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead at EnergyHub, starting in 2021.
Kyung Min Shin completed their education at Caltech from 2015 to 2019. Kyung Min obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and another Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Economics, and Management. Additionally, they pursued a minor in Information and Data Sciences during their time at Caltech.
