Jessica Olson

Jessica Olson is an experienced professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of Talent + Organizational Development at EnergySage since January 2020. In this role, Jessica develops and manages HR strategies that support business scalability and a positive, inclusive culture. Prior to EnergySage, Jessica founded and led Charles Street Consulting, LLC, offering organizational development and talent advisory services to enhance outcomes for various organizations. Experience also includes serving as Managing Associate of Organizational Effectiveness at Next Street, where Jessica advised leaders in growth phase organizations, and as a Manager and Consultant at Accenture, providing change management consulting for Fortune Global 500 clients. Jessica’s earlier experience includes working as an Organizational Development Consultant at Houston Methodist Hospital System, delivering tailored consulting services to enhance leadership and operational effectiveness. Jessica holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Human Resource Development and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology.
