Aaron Bowers has an extensive work experience in the field of software engineering. Aaron started their career at NetworkIP in 2005, where they worked as a Software Engineer. During their time there, they designed and implemented a custom customer asset querying tool and advocated for coding standards and procedures.

In 2010, Aaron moved on to work at ISNetworld as a Senior Software Engineer. Aaron played a crucial role in rewriting the entire online software suite, which consisted of over ninety products. Aaron also led the design and implementation of a centralized import/export application.

From 2014 to 2015, Aaron worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Energy Worldnet (EWN). Aaron led a team of engineers in developing and maintaining energyworldnet.com, a SaaS ASP.NET site used for managing pipeline operator qualifications and safety information.

In 2015, Aaron was promoted to the role of Director of Software Engineering at EWN. Aaron led a high-velocity team and rewrote the entire suite of classic ASP tools to utilize MVC and Web API 2.

In 2020, Aaron was promoted to the role of Executive Director of Systems Engineering at EWN. Aaron led multiple teams in various engineering disciplines and collaborated with the Product Innovation team for software and system installations.

Currently, Aaron holds the position of Vice President of Systems Engineering at EWN. Aaron continues their strategic leadership role and works directly with executive leadership to establish and implement the strategic vision for technology solutions.

Aaron Bowers obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from DeVry University, which they attended from 2001 to 2004. In addition, they received a Certificate of Achievement in High Impact Presentations from Dale Carnegie Training in January 2013.
