Elizabeth Killen's work experience began in 1999 at Motorola, where they served as an HR Business Partner responsible for domestic auto manufacturing, semiconductor fab, and R&D. Elizabeth then joined The GEO Group, Inc. in 2004 as an HR Director, overseeing government contracts and ensuring OFCCP compliance for a distributed workforce. Afterward, they became an HR Business Partner at Capital Group in 2007. In 2008, Elizabeth joined USAA as AVP (Head of) Talent Management, leading the enterprise talent management portfolio for banking, insurance, financial services, and support. During their time at USAA, they spearheaded organizational culture transformation and integrated performance systems. In 2013, they became a Strategic Advisory Board Member at Energy Worldnet, a corporate business advisory council for the oil and gas industry, consulting on areas such as sales, marketing, operations, and talent. Elizabeth then joined Aviat Networks in 2016 as a Senior Global Director of HR. Elizabeth led strategic HR initiatives and talent management efforts until 2017, when they transitioned to Phillips 66 as the Enterprise Culture Transformation, Change, and Talent Management leader. In this role, they established robust business processes for succession management, leadership models, and performance management. Currently, Elizabeth is the Chief Operating Officer at Energy Worldnet (EWN), a position they have held since October 2022.

Elizabeth Killen has a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communication from Texas A&M University and a Master's Degree in HR/OD Option II Executive Masters Program from The University of Texas at Austin. Elizabeth also studied Spanish Language and Literature at Universidad de Santiago de Compostela. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, 360 Assessment Certification from Korn Ferry, Hogan Level I and II from Hogan Assessment Systems, Human Capital Strategist from Human Capital Institute (HCI), and Contact Center Strategy - Executive Certification from ICMI.
