Nihat A. has over a decade of experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Head of Wind & Solar Operations and Maintenance at Enerjisa Üretim since March 2012, overseeing all operations of wind power plants. Previously, Nihat A. held the position of Commissioning Team Leader at Nordex and managed electric and electronic maintenance teams as Electric and Electronic Team Leader at Viking Pulp and Paper Mill Co. Additionally, Nihat A. worked as an Electric and Electronic Maintenance Engineer at Toprak Paper. Nihat A. holds an Executive MBA from Sabanci University, completed in September 2023, and has furthered education at Harvard Business School and Sakarya University, obtaining degrees in various fields from 2000 to 2012.
