Charles Tremblay

Charles Tremblay, P.Eng. is Vice President, Project Delivery. In this role, he is responsible for the execution of projects involving Enerkem's technology from planning to delivery to the customer, including the financing structure. He is also responsible for the procurement, preparation, and pretreatment of heterogeneous feedstocks for Enerkem's proprietary thermochemical process.

Mr. Tremblay has been involved in the waste management industry for nearly 30 years. He was President and Chief Operating Officer of Écoservices Tria, President and Chief Executive Officer of Services Matrec, when it was owned by Suez, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Éco Entreprises Québec. Mr. Tremblay was a member of the Board of Directors of the Regroupement des récupérateurs et des recycleurs de matériaux de construction et de démolition du Québec (3RMCDQ). He was also the founding president of the Conseil des entreprises en services environnementaux.

Mr. Tremblay holds a degree in mechanical engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal.
