James Hughes

James Hughes has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. James started their career at Petro Canada, where they held roles at the McKay River In situ and Edmonton Refinery from 2001 to 2006. James then joined Suncor Energy, where they worked as the Director of Operations from 2010 to 2016, and later as the Director of IOC & APM Development from 2016 to 2020. Currently, they are the Director of Operations Technology at Enerkem since 2020.

James Hughes has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from The University of Lethbridge. No specific start or end dates were provided for this educational experience.
