Julie Lamontagne

As Vice-President, Human Resources & Culture, Julie Lamontagne is responsible for defining and implementing Enerkem’s strategy in human resources, organizational development, and culture transformation.

Ms. Lamontagne brings over 15 years of experience in senior executive roles in human resources. Before joining Enerkem, she worked as Vice-President, Human Resources at EXFO, an IT company with more than 2,000 employees in 27 countries, where she headed a team of 30 HR professionals. Ms. Lamontagne held a similar position for six years at Lumenpulse, where she led the expansion of the team, which grew from 75 to 750 employees globally. In addition, she ensured the success of the company’s initial public offering (IPO), led several acquisitions, and contributed to the reprivatization of the company. She also held various HR positions at Bell Canada, Brookfield Lepage Johnson Controls, and Ceridian Canada.

Ms. Lamontagne holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations from Université de Montréal and is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agrées in Québec.
