Nilesh Shedge

Nilesh Shedge has a diverse work experience in the energy sector. Nilesh started their career as an intern at The Energy and Resources Institute in June 2012 and continued working there as a Consultant in the Industrial Energy Efficiency division from January 2013 to March 2015. Nilesh then transitioned into the role of a Research Associate from April 2015 to March 2018. During this time, Nilesh gained expertise in the field of energy research and efficiency. In 2018, they established their own company, Infinite Energy Solutions, where they served as the Proprietor until November 2021. In February 2019, they joined Enerlly as the Chief Technology Officer, where they currently hold the position. Nilesh's work experience showcases their commitment and leadership in the energy industry.

Nilesh Shedge completed their education in a chronological order, starting with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from AISSMS COE Pune, which they obtained in the years 2007-2011. Nilesh then pursued a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Energy from the University of Pune, completing it from 2011-2013. Additionally, they obtained an Advanced Diploma in German Language from Savitribai Phule Pune University in the year 2012-2013.

In terms of certifications, Nilesh Shedge achieved several qualifications. In 2010, they obtained a certification in CATIA V5 from the CAD Institute. Following that, in 2017, they received certifications as a Chartered Engineer (CE) from the Institute of Engineers (India), as well as a Certified Energy Auditor and Energy Manager (CEA and CEM) from the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Ministry of Power. Lastly, in 2022, they obtained a certification in ISO 50001:2018 Energy Management System Standard Lead Auditor from DNV.
