Amy Duncan is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people and culture roles. Currently serving as a Senior People & Culture Business Partner at Enero Group since May 2023, Amy previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Luxottica from October 2021 to May 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Pernod Ricard, where the HR Team won HRD Awards New Zealand 2021, and as a People and Culture Advisor at Grant Thornton New Zealand Ltd, contributing to the development of tailored HR strategies.
