Sarah Scottpaul Barnes has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and learning and development.

Sarah currently holds the position of Head of People & Culture - Australia / Global Head of Learning & Development at Enero Group, a globally recognized marketing services group. Sarah joined Enero Group in April 2013 as the Group Global Head of Learning & Development and later took on the role of Senior People & Culture Manager for Naked Communications & Precinct. In their role as Global Group Learning & Development Manager, they were responsible for implementing learning and development strategies across the company's 11 specialist agencies.
