Luca Restani has over 20 years of experience in the hydraulic equipment industry. LUCA started their career as an Area Manager at Rettificatrici Ghiringhelli in 2000, where they were responsible for managing a specific geographical area. LUCA then moved on to Europresspack in 2001, where they served as a Sales Manager, overseeing sales activities in Italy and abroad. In 2012, Restani joined SPX Corporation as a Regional Sales Manager for Southern Europe and Africa, where they managed territory managers and handled all activities in the region. Currently, they are working at Enerpac as a Key Account Manager Mediterranean, responsible for the growth and development of key accounts within the region. Enerpac is a global manufacturer of high-pressure hydraulic tools and equipment used in industrial and construction markets. Throughout their career, Restani has gained extensive experience in sales management, business development, and building relationships with customers.

Luca Restani completed their education in a chronological order. From 1984 to 1989, they attended Liceo Scientifico, where they obtained a Maturità Scientifica. Subsequently, they studied at Università di Genova - Ingegneria from 1990 to 1996, earning a degree in Ing. Meccanico with a focus on Commerciale and progettazione. In 1997-1998, Restani pursued a Master's degree in logistica e sistemi integrati at Istud - Milano. Finally, in 2000-2001, they attended MIP Politecnico di Milano, where they completed a Master's in General Management ed e-business.
