Matthew Garner is an experienced optimization specialist with a robust background in artificial lift and field service operations, currently employed at Enerplus since March 2021. Previously, Matthew worked at Bruin E&P Operating, LLC from August 2019 to March 2021 as an artificial lift technician and held various roles at Apergy and Summit ESP, including senior field service technician and service specialist. Matthew's career also includes significant experience at Dover Artificial Lift, where responsibilities spanned from field engineer to optimization specialist. Early experience includes positions at Accelerated Artificial Lift Systems and Flotek Industries, where expertise in building and installing submersible pumps was developed, along with troubleshooting and equipment analysis. Matthew's foundational experience began in rig operations with Pump Pro Inc., advancing from rig hand to rig operator. Matthew's education was completed at Mandan High School.
