Pam Ramotowski

Pam Ramotowski's work experience includes various roles in the field of human resources and corporate services. Pam recently served as the Vice President of People and Culture at Enerplus and previously held the position of Vice President of Corporate Services at Steel Reef. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Seven Generations Energy Ltd. Pam has also worked as a Director at CPHR Alberta and as the Head of Human Resources (Contract) at ENMAX. Pam'sexperience also includes leadership positions at Veresen Inc., SMART Technologies, Ensign Energy Services, and Veritas Energy Services Inc. Pam has a strong background in managing and developing human resources strategies.

Pam Ramotowski holds an MBA degree in Management of Organizations and Human Resources, which they obtained from the University of Calgary from 1996 to 1998. Prior to their MBA, they pursued a B.Mgt. degree in Accounting at The University of Lethbridge from 1990 to 1995. Pam's high school education was completed at Coalhurst High School, although the specific years of attendance are not provided.

In addition to their academic achievements, Pam Ramotowski has obtained two certifications. In 2004, they received the CPHR (Chartered Professional in Human Resources) certification from CPHR Alberta.
