Jordi Canals

Jordi Canals has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Jordi began their career at Deloitte, SL as a Senior Legal Audit from September 2004 to August 2007. Jordi then joined Sony Supply Chain Solutions Europe, BV as a Financial Analyst at the Control Department from August 2007 to December 2009. Jordi later became a Business Controller at the same company from December 2009 to December 2010. In 2011, they joined IDNEO as a Business Controller, where they reported to the Management Committee and Board of Directors and was responsible for monthly closings, annual forecasts, and budgets. Since 2014, Jordi has been working at ENERSIDE ENERGY, initially as the Head of Finance and Administration from April 2014 to March 2017, then as the Chief Financial Officer from April 2017 to November 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head Corporate at ENERSIDE ENERGY from November 2021 onwards.

Jordi Canals holds a Master's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics, which they obtained from UPF Barcelona School of Management in the years 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Licenciatura en Economia, a degree in Economics, at Universitat Pompeu Fabra from 1999 to 2004. In their earlier education, they attended the TASIS American School in England from 1997 to 1999, where they completed the 3rd and 4th grades of High School. Lastly, in 2016, they pursued a Master's Degree in Project Finance at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos.
