Roberta Giuliano has extensive work experience in the field of human resources, starting their career as an HR Intern at Motorola in 1997. Roberta then moved on to work at Microsoft as an HR Generalist from 1998 to 2004. Roberta joined Passarelli Consultores as a Partner in 2004 and stayed there until 2016. Following that, they worked as a Partner at Vertico Human Capital for two years. In 2018, Roberta became the Head of Human Resources at Track Solution, a startup focusing on the Internet of Things. After working at Track Solution for four years, they transitioned to Enerside Energy as a Talent Manager HRBP. In 2023, Roberta took on the role of Head of Global Talent Management at Enerside Energy before being promoted to the position of Head of People, Global EPC & HRBP BR in the same company.
Roberta Giuliano attended IESE Business School in 2022, where they pursued a course in "Dirección estratégica de RRHH: personas y resultados en un entorno digital."
