Frank Hilgers

Frank Hilgers is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as CEO of Bossard North- and Eastern Europe and a member of the Executive Board of Bossard Group since January 2013, Frank is responsible for product portfolio and innovation. Additionally, Frank holds an advisory board position at enersis and has been the CEO of KVT-Fastening since January 2010. Previous roles include Executive Vice President at Continental and Siemens VDO Automotive AG, as well as Senior Manager Strategy at Accenture. Frank holds an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Dr. rer. nat. from the University of Stuttgart.
