Michael Kelly CA, ICD.D has a long and varied work experience. Michael began their career in 1992 as Finance Director for Canadian Fracmaster. From 2013-2019, they were President and Director of Hogarth Ventures Ltd., and from 2019-2022, they are Director and Chairman of the Board for Enersoft Inc. Currently, they are a Corporate Director at ATB Financial.

Michael Kelly CA, ICD.D has an extensive education history. Michael obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the University of Calgary between 1983 and 1988. Michael then attended Sir Winston Churchill from 1979 to 1981. In 2013, Michael completed the Institute of Corporate Directors Directors Education Program from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. Michael also holds a Chartered Accountant Designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta.
