Dana Ilych

Dana Ilych, P.Eng, is an accomplished electrical and instrumentation engineer with extensive experience in leadership and project management. Currently serving as the Electrical and Instrumentation Lead at Enersul since May 2024, Dana focuses on coaching and developing technical teams while specifying low voltage electrical equipment for hazardous applications. Previously, as Manager of the Electrical Engineering Department at Catch Engineering from August 2021 to May 2024, Dana led a team of over 15 professionals, managed multi-million dollar projects including the design of a Hydrogen Innovation Pilot Plant, and contributed to the development of key company procedures. Dana's earlier roles include Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer at Tervita Corporation, where responsibilities included capital project engineering for numerous treatment and recovery facilities, and various engineering positions at Three Streams Engineering, Wood Group, and Grantech Engineering. Dana holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dalhousie University.
