Samir Rafsan Chowdhury

Samir Rafsan Chowdhury is a Power Electronics Engineer at EnerSys since April 2021, following a role as a Graduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at The University of Akron from 2018 to April 2021. During the academic tenure, Samir instructed students in simulations for DC & AC circuits using various software tools and provided guidance on circuit board design and basic electrical components. Earlier experience includes serving as a Junior System Engineer at Bangla Phone Limited from October 2015 to November 2016, where monitoring and configuring optical fiber network services under the SDH protocol was a primary responsibility. Samir holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
