Stephanie Steyer

Stephanie (Bunting) Steyer serves as the Director of Global Talent Development and Learning at EnerSys since January 2025, focusing on data-driven talent development strategies and advanced learning technologies. Previously, Stephanie held multiple leadership roles at dentsu international, overseeing global learning initiatives for a 71K-employee organization and harmonizing leadership development programs across the Americas. Experience also includes positions at Merkle, where Stephanie directed global performance management processes, and at COS: Capitol Office Solutions, where management and sales training programs were developed and implemented. Stephanie’s educational background includes a BS in Business with a Marketing concentration from Towson University, and an ongoing MBA in Organizational Management with a focus on Human Resources at Eastern University.
