Lana Shelaeva

UX/UI Design Lead at Enertia Software

Lana Shelaeva has a strong background in UX/UI design and user experience. Lana started their career as a UX Designer at Redsoft - Digital Production Agency, where they worked on various projects, including designing websites for a Russian IT hardware vendor, conducting usability analyses for an online marketplace, and creating designs for customers in the legal and furniture industries. Lana then worked as a freelance UX/UI and Graphic Designer before joining HP as a UX Designer. At HP, they focused on creating design concepts, developing information architectures, and providing functional specifications for websites and web apps. Lana then transitioned to United Airlines, where they served as a UX Designer. In this role, they were responsible for designing web and mobile applications used by flight attendants, conducting user interviews and usability tests, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the users' needs were met. Lana later joined Harland Clarke as a UX/UI Designer and is currently working as a UX/UI Design Lead at Enertia Software.

Lana Shelaeva obtained a Master's degree in the History of Art, Criticism, and Conservation from the Russian State University for the Humanities.
