Tony Wang

Tony Wang has over 20 years of experience in the engineering field. Tony began their career in 1996 as a Development Engineer at AMP, where they developed electroplating processes and support systems. In 1997, they joined Tessera, Inc. as a Senior Electrochemist and developed materials with improved mechanical properties and service life. In 2001, Tony became the Director at ASM NuTool, Inc., where they managed technology teams and Application Lab activities in process development, customer demonstrations, and technical support. From 2007 to 2010, Tony served as the Director at SoloPower, where they developed high throughput roll-to-roll electrodeposition process for Cu-In-Ga-Se solar cell fabrication and was the group leader for electrochemical and chemical deposition processing. From 2014 to 2020, they were the Senior Staff Engineer at SunPower Corporation. Currently, Tony is the Director at EnerVenue.

Tony Wang completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Metallurgical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology between 1986 and 1992.
