Dan Haronian

Cofounder at Enervibe

Dan Haronian has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dan is the co-founder of Enervibe since 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a lecturer at Lev Academic Center (JCT) from 2008 to 2017, teaching courses on electricity. Dan was also a co-founder and chief scientist at GalayOr, a MEMS based company, from 2000 to 2003, where they pioneered devices using suspended waveguides for telecom applications. Additionally, they worked as a lecturer at Tel Aviv University from 1996 to 2002, and had a postdoctoral fellowship at Cornell University from 1993 to 1996, where they worked at the Cornell Nanofabrication Facility.

Dan Haronian earned their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Physics and Mathematics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 1982 and 1986. Dan then pursued further education at the same university, obtaining a Master's degree in Applied Physics from 1987 to 1989. Continuing their academic journey, Dan completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Applied Physics also at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 1989 to 1993. After completing their Ph.D., they pursued postdoctoral studies in Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems at Cornell University. Specific start and end years for their postdoctoral studies were not provided.
