Troy Wartchow has extensive experience in the consumer products industry. Troy started their career at Disney Consumer Products in 1997 as a Sales Associate and was promoted twice during their tenure. In this role, they supported the international sales team by providing product information and marketing programs. Troy also played a role in the development and execution of the Walt Disney Classics Collection and the Walt Disney Collector Society. Additionally, they sourced promotional products for Disney collector conventions and sales meetings. In 2004, Troy joined Enesco as the Director of Brand Management. Troy was promoted three times during their time at Enesco, holding positions of increasing responsibility. In this role, they developed and implemented strategic product plans for major licensed brands, such as Disney, Warner Brothers, Peanuts, and Coca-Cola. Troy was responsible for various tasks including trend forecasting, market research, developing business plans, inventory control, and sales forecasting. Troy also gave sales presentations for quarterly product launches and represented the company at trade shows and factory visits abroad.
Troy Wartchow obtained their Diploma from Issaquah Sr. High School. Following this, they attended the University of Washington from 2003 to 2005 where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business and Marketing.
