Francisco Javier Guzman

Francisco Javier Guzman is an experienced professional in the field of fuel and lubricant operations, currently serving as the National Terminal Manager at ENEX since May 2011. Responsibilities include overseeing operations and projects at fuel and lubricant storage plants, as well as aviation operations. Previously, Francisco held roles in strategic planning, logistics, and technology within the organization, leading teams and managing fuel distribution projects. Early career experience includes working at Shell as a Retail Lubricants Analyst and Operation Analyst for Customer Service in South LA, where responsibilities included competitive analysis and process reengineering for customer service in Chile and Argentina. Francisco holds an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Information Technology from the same institution.
