Nikita Roy

Nikita Roy has been working in the field of Human Resources since 2013. Nikita began their career as an HR Executive at IBM, where they were responsible for analyzing training needs to design employee development, reviewing and updating HR policies, and payroll management. In 2014, they moved to InTime Solutions Inc as an HR Manager. Nikita then worked as an HR Manager at Techno Infonet: Web, Mobile Apps, and Digital Marketing Experts from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Emxcel Travel Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as an HR Manager and is currently working as an HR Specialist at Enfec since 2021.

Nikita Roy completed their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Mumbai between 2011 and 2013. In 2012, they obtained the Business English Certificate Preliminary from the University of Cambridge ESOL in June. Additionally, in March 2011, they earned a Certificate for Indian Agriculture’s recent trends in exports.
