Sanjay Dutt

Sanjay Dutt is the Senior Vice President and Global Head at EXL, overseeing HR Centers of Excellence such as Recruitment, Capability Development, Digital HR Operations, Communication, Statutory Compliance, and Employee Relations. Sanjay also leads initiatives related to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Global Employee Wellness. In the past, Sanjay has held roles in companies like RvaluE Learning System, Accenture, American Express, and NIS Sparta, focusing on Capability Development, Performance Consulting, and Leadership Development. Sanjay holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Faculty of Management Studies - University of Delhi.
