Shankari Sakthi has been working in the software engineering industry since 2012. shankari began their career at Aspire Systems as a Senior Software Development Engineer, where they gained expertise in Java, Spring, Web Services, Hibernate, JPA, Groovy, Python, NoSQL Dbs, React JS, RDBMS, ELK stack, Amazon web services. In 2018, they joined Inspirock as a Software Developer, where they were responsible for the development and maintenance of the core section of the product. In 2021, they joined Enfec as an Engineering Manager and Software Engineer, where they were involved in the development of android application and backend services to support the software, mentored the team in striving towards the target, and designed the architecture of the internal products.

Shankari Sakthi obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore between 2008 and 2012. In 2020, they also completed an IBM Data Science Specialization from Coursera.
