Caitlin Sears

Caitlin Sears is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in the health care and sports coaching fields. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Innovation Fellow at enFocus Inc since October 2021, Caitlin also works as a Speech-Language Pathologist at both Beacon Health System and Michiana Home Care LLC. Prior experience includes roles at Elkhart General Hospital, where significant contributions were made to staff training and patient care for stroke patients. Caitlin has a strong academic background with a Master's degree in Medical Speech Pathology from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology from Ithaca College. Additionally, Caitlin has experience in coaching as an Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Saint Mary’s College, fostering athlete development and team strategy.
