Tanya Cairns

Tanya Cairns is a seasoned professional in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy and consulting, currently serving as Sr. Manager of ESG Strategy at Lundin Foundation since June 2023. With extensive experience at Integrated Sustainability since February 2014, Tanya has held multiple leadership roles including Director of Science and Consulting Services and VP of Science & Consulting. Tanya's background also includes academic achievements, holding a Master of Science (M.Sc.) from the University of Lethbridge and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm.) from the University of Alberta. Prior roles include business consulting at TRAD Consulting and various project and management positions at CGI, where Tanya honed skills in strategic planning, proposal coordination, and stakeholder engagement across diverse sectors.
