Thomas Schützler

Thomas Schmelzle is an experienced Industrial Designer currently working at SDI Technologies, Inc. since August 2022. Previous roles include Production Designer at Nephros, where responsibilities encompassed production design for medical and commercial filtration materials, and Graphic and Web Designer at Matrix Mirrors, focusing on UI/UX and website redesign. Thomas has also served as a Multimedia Studio Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology, helping maintain large format printers, and as CAD Modeling Consultant for Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, instructing on Autodesk Fusion 360 for prosthetic device design. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design from Georgia Institute of Technology and participation in an exchange program at Eindhoven University of Technology.
