Kristen Baas

Kristen Baas serves as the Vice President of Sales at Engage PEO since January 2024, focusing on enhancing PEO client experiences through expertise. With over 20 years of business experience, Kristen's prior roles include Certified Business Performance Advisor at Insperity from July 2011 to January 2024, Regional Manager for Falcon Leasing/West Coast at Falcon National Bank from March 2007 to July 2011, and Director of Indirect Operations at Sprint from 2000 to August 2006. Kristen began the career as Retail Sales Manager at St Cloud Wireless Holdings, progressing to Business Sales Manager and Business Sales Executive from 1992 to 2000. Kristen holds a Certified Business Performance Advisor degree from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business, and a B.S. in Business Education from St. Cloud State University.
