Matt Gosden

Matt Gosden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance and technology sectors. As the Founder of Engage Smarter since May 2020, Matt specializes in developing technology and AI to assist customers in their financial decisions. Additionally, Matt serves as a Senior Advisor at QuantCo, providing support to engineers, data scientists, and insurance clients in the life and pensions space. Previous roles include Co-Founder of Inforcehub, where Matt leveraged machine learning to enhance customer engagement for insurers, and Global Head of In-force Management at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, where Matt significantly exceeded profit targets. Matt has held various senior positions at Oliver Wyman and Standard Life, focusing on strategic, financial, and regulatory topics, and has a strong educational background, holding an MSci from St. Andrews University and being a Fellow of the Faculty of Actuaries.
