Ramzi Berrima

Ramzi Berrima has extensive experience in product management and business analysis, with a focus on technology and software development. Ramzi is currently working as a Lead Product Manager at Engage Tech Partners, where they lead a team in developing and scaling the ENGAGE Platform, a cloud-based SaaS Workforce Management Platform. Prior to this role, Ramzi served as a Senior Product Manager at Engage Tech Partners and as a Product Manager at Earnd.

Before joining Engage Tech Partners and Earnd, Ramzi worked as a freelance Product Manager/Owner. Ramzi also gained valuable experience as a Product Manager Consultant at BJSS, where they led cross-functional projects at NHS Digital and achieved significant improvements in user experience and satisfaction. Ramzi's responsibilities at BJSS included coordinating cross-functional teams and implementing Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Earlier in their career, Ramzi held various roles in business analysis and software development. Ramzi worked as a Business Analyst and Trading Systems Coordinator at Total Gas & Power Ltd, where they played a key role in prioritizing IT development and defining high-level business requirements. Ramzi also served as a Business Analyst and Project Manager at Total Gas & Power Ltd, where they led the delivery of a trading limits system and a deal simulation tool.

Prior to Total Gas & Power Ltd, Ramzi worked as a Business Analyst at Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking, delivering IT solutions for front office teams. Ramzi also gained experience as a Business Analyst Consultant Intern at mc2i Groupe, where they focused on business requirement analysis and end-user acceptance.

Ramzi started their career as an Analyst Developer at Société Générale and Business Services Technologies, where they gained hands-on experience in software development.

Throughout their career, Ramzi has demonstrated expertise in product management, business analysis, project management, user-centered design, and agile methodologies. Ramzi has consistently achieved successful outcomes by driving innovation, improving user experience, and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Ramzi Berrima began their education in 2005 at Université Paris Cité, where they obtained a two-year diploma in Computer Sciences. Ramzi then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL from 2007 to 2008. In 2009, Ramzi returned to Université Paris Dauphine - PSL to pursue a Master's degree 2 in Information Systems Management, completing it in 2010. Ramzi also holds several additional certifications, including the Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO1) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) from Scrum.org, obtained in December 2019 and November 2019 respectively. Ramzi also obtained the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in July 2016.
