Darren Findley

Darren Findley has a extensive work experience in the recruitment solutions industry. Darren served as the President for Recruitment Solutions at Engage2Excel since May 2016, where they focused on creating unique candidate and employee experiences. Prior to this, they were the Vice President and General Manager RPO at AMN Healthcare from May 2015 to May 2016, where they played a key role in workforce solutions and recruitment process outsourcing. Before that, they worked at Kenexa, an IBM Company, where they held several roles including Vice President, Managing Director, Recruitment Solutions (RPO) from December 2012 to April 2015, Vice President, Client Relationship Director from July 1999 to January 2010, and as a Principal and Managing Director with Kenexa RPO after the acquisition of StraightSource RPO in June 2007. Darren also worked as the Vice President at Strategic Outsourcing Corporation (Stratsource) from July 1999 to 2007. Darren started their career at Advance'd Temporaries in 1988 as Assistant Vice President, responsible for leading a multi-city, multi-segment temporary staffing firm focused on Medical Staffing, Office/Clerical, and Light Industrial staffing.
