Isabelle Lavigne, CRIA

Isabelle Lavigne, CRIA has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Isabelle is currently employed as the Global VP of Human Resources at Engage2Excel since September 2019. Previously, they held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Rideau Recognition Solutions from October 2005 to May 2022. Isabelle also served as the CHRO and EVP Client Services (Interim) at the same company from October 2013 to October 2017.

Before joining Rideau Recognition Solutions, Isabelle worked at UPS Supply Chain Solutions as the District Human Resources Manager from January 2002 to July 2005. Isabelle was responsible for overseeing various HR functions and managing 22 employees across Canada and the US Northern Border locations.

Prior to UPS, Isabelle held positions at Fritz Companies, where they served as the Human Resources Director from December 2000 to January 2002. Isabelle was also the Human Resources Manager for the Canadian division of the company from November 1996 to December 2000. Fritz Companies was acquired by UPS in May 2001.

Isabelle's career started at Starber International Inc., where they held the positions of Human Resources Manager from January 1996 to November 1996 and Human Resources Director from January 1993 to January 1996. Starber International was a Canadian international logistics firm that was later acquired by Fritz Companies.

Isabelle Lavigne, CRIA, holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from the Université de Montréal, which they completed from 1990 to 1993. Prior to that, they obtained a College degree in Business Administration (Human Resources) from College de Maissoneuve, where they studied from 1986 to 1989.

In addition to their formal education, Isabelle Lavigne has also pursued various certifications throughout their career. Isabelle obtained the certification in "Développer la motivation et l'engagement des employés" from LinkedIn in January 2021. In 2019, they acquired certifications in "Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers" and "Lead Like a Boss," both from LinkedIn. Lastly, in September 2009, they became a Certified Recognition Professional through Recognition Professionals International.
