Leslie Minchin, PMP

Leslie Minchin, PMP has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Leslie is currently the VP of Transformation and Enablement at Engage2Excel, where they conduct audits of Talent Acquisition teams and provides guidance to improve their performance. Leslie also leads programs to develop top leaders and advises on finding and retaining top talent. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Implementation and Solution Design at Engage2Excel, where they helped companies improve bottom-line results by increasing employee engagement.

Before joining Engage2Excel, Leslie worked at Kenexa, an IBM Company, as a Talent Acquisition Project Manager. Leslie partnered with senior-level executives at UnitedHealth Group, delivering over 137,500 direct hires and providing strategic guidance to ensure service deliverables were met. Additionally, Leslie has experience as an Admissions Representative at IntelliTec Colleges - Corporate Office and as a Staffing Specialist/Recruiter at Manpower.

Leslie Minchin, PMP, holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology, which was obtained from Bellarmine University between 1998 and 2002. In addition to their undergraduate education, Leslie has acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skill set. This includes becoming a Certified Executive Coach from the Center for Executive Coaching in February 2023 and obtaining the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2016. Leslie also possesses a certification in Project Management from the Delphi Center for Teaching and Learning, although the specific month and year of its acquisition are unknown.
