Melaney Z.

Melaney Z. has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Melaney started their career in 2012 at Atlas Taxi Inc., where they served as a Dispatch Coordinator from August 2012 to October 2013. Melaney then transitioned into the role of Operations Team Lead from October 2013 to May 2018. In 2017, Melaney joined Rideau, Inc. as the Director of Client Services and has been serving in that position ever since. Most recently, in March 2023, they joined Engage2Excel as the Director of CS Ops.

Melaney Z. is currently enrolled at McGill University School of Continuing Studies, pursuing a degree in Applied Cybersecurity. Melaney is expected to complete their studies in 2024. Prior to this, they attended Cornell University, where they studied Cybersecurity until 2023. Melaney Z. also has a background in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Concordia University. In addition to their academic pursuits, Melaney Z. has obtained various certifications through LinkedIn, including self-awareness, authenticity, and leadership; interpersonal communication; acting decisively; creative thinking; decision-making strategies; design thinking: customer experience; improving judgment; and strategic thinking. Melaney obtained these certifications between March and May of 2019.
