Victoria Whiteman, SHRM S-CP, has extensive experience in employee recognition and engagement, process improvement, quality assurance, training, and curriculum development. Victoria has worked at Engage2Excel since 2008, where they have held roles such as Employee Recognition and Engagement Consultant and Director of Process Improvement, Quality Assurance and Training. In these positions, Victoria developed successful employee recognition programs, implemented core competency training systems, and streamlined processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Prior to joining Engage2Excel, Victoria worked as a Training Manager at the same company, where they developed educational curriculum and facilitated training courses. Victoria also worked as a Training Specialist at ASMO-NA, a Japanese automotive manufacturer, where they were responsible for scheduling, facilitating, and recording all associate training. Earlier in their career, Victoria worked as a Regional Account Manager at Walsworth Publishing and as a Software Trainer at ExecuTrain.

Victoria Whiteman, SHRM S-CP, attended the University of Charleston from 1994 to 1998. Victoria then pursued further education at Marshall University Graduate College from 1998 to 2000. In December 2019, they obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
