Alex Jaworski

Alex Jaworski is the Sr. Manager of Solutions Engineering where she leads the product linking and category management teams as they build out the data assets and linking solutions. Alex has been promoted three times since joining Engage3 in 2015 across various roles including account and project management.

Alex has played a crucial role in creating and implementing operational processes that have allowed the company to scale with quality over the last several years of rapid company growth.

Alex’s prior experience includes running a ~$100M department with Blue Mountain Realty and supporting the build-out of Engage3’s network of auditors.

Alex has earned her Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification and previously held a California Real Estate License as well.
