Claire Kruse

Claire Kruse is an accomplished professional in customer support and educational technology, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Engageli since June 2024. Prior to this role, Claire held several significant positions, including Director of Customer Support and Senior Manager Support Services at Open LMS, where responsibilities included managing scalable support processes and leading global support teams. Claire's career in support services began at eThink Education as the first support employee, eventually becoming the Director responsible for an award-winning support model. With relevant experience at Metropolitan College of New York, National Education Foundation, and SUNY Potsdam, Claire possesses a strong educational background with a MSEd in Educational Technology and a Bachelor's degree in History and Education.
