Carolyn Pelkowski, MBA

Carolyn Pelkowski, MBA has over 25 years of experience in marketing and sales roles. Carolyn is currently a Senior Alliance Marketing Manager at EngageSmart. Previously, they served as the Director of Demand Generation at EverC, where they created and executed paid and organic demand generation plans. Before that, they were the Head of Brand and Growth Strategy at Egen, where they focused on driving brand awareness and new business growth through omni-channel content creation and distribution. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Fiserv, including Director of ISV Marketing and Director of Marketing Automation Content Strategy, where they developed and executed demand generation programs and lead nurture campaigns. Carolyn also has experience in contractor marketing, as well as marketing and sales management at Aftermath Services and Affirmative Insurance, respectively. Carolyn began their career at Tracy Cross & Associates as a Research Analyst, performing qualitative and quantitative research in the real estate industry. Carolyn also worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Epstein Architecture, Engineering and Construction, where they organized and designed marketing collateral and conducted industry analysis. Carolyn holds an MBA degree.

Carolyn Pelkowski, MBA has a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Management from Northern Illinois University. Carolyn also has a Bachelors of Science in Commerce degree in Marketing from DePaul University and an Associates in Arts degree in General Studies from College of DuPage.

In addition to their formal education, Carolyn has obtained several certifications from HubSpot Academy. Carolyn holds a HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification, a HubSpot Email Marketing Certification, and a HubSpot Inbound Certification. Carolyn obtained the HubSpot Inbound Certification in September 2016, the HubSpot Email Marketing Certification in October 2018, and the HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification in November 2018.
