Peter K. is an experienced professional in customer service and project management across various technology and transportation sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Service - Delivery & Support at InoNeo Pty. Ltd since February 2024, Peter is responsible for customer relations and project team management. Prior to this, Peter held several key positions at Frequentis, including Head of Service Delivery and Projects, overseeing customer relations and service delivery in Public Transport and Maritime portfolios. Additional experience includes roles at Trendan Pty Ltd, Cuscal Limited, CustomTec, Fuji Xerox Australia, Foxtel, and as a Broadcast Engineer. Peter holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from UNSW.
