Emilio Puerto has extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as IT Lead at ENG since April 2021, where responsibilities include planning, organizing, and executing all IT functions, along with staff development and managing IT operations. Previously, Emilio held positions at Boehringer Ingelheim from April 2011 to October 2022, progressing from a Monitoring Technician providing 1st Level Support for over 5,000 devices, to a Senior System Analyst focused on analyzing and implementing solutions for Global IT Support. Earlier experiences include IT Support at Knauf, assisting around 100 users across multiple offices, and serving as a Technical Support Agent at 5CA, where duties involved installation and troubleshooting of networking devices.
