Mohamed Seghir Stambouli

Mohamed Seghir Stambouli is a civil engineer with diverse experience in project management and technical roles. Currently serving as a civil engineering engineer at ENGCB since August 2022, Mohamed has previously contributed to the Oued El Harrache development project at Daewoo Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. from September 2017 to May 2023. Earlier professional experience includes a technical-commercial engineering position at EURL CSI and a worksite supervisor role at ETPBH Leham et Hamdi. Educationally, Mohamed holds a Master’s degree in civil engineering with a focus on geotechnics and the environment from Université Mouloud Mammeri Tizi-Ouzou, alongside various technical qualifications in topography and public works. Additionally, proficiency in English has been achieved at the Institut Informedia de Tizi Ouzou.
