Elisabeth Fragner

Elisabeth Fragner has a diverse work experience in the HR and IT fields. Elisabeth started their career as a Support & Training Software employee at Industrie Informatik GmbH in April 2000 and worked there until July 2001. After that, they joined ENGEL in July 2001 as an HR-Assistant and continued in this role until December 2005. From January 2006 to September 2013, they worked as an Inhouse Consultant, focusing on HCM, FI, and CO. Then, Elisabeth became the Head of HR Projects & OM at ENGEL from October 2013 to March 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR Projects, HR-IT & OM at ENGEL, starting from April 2018.

Elisabeth Fragner attended Johannes Kepler Universität Linz from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a Magistra degree in Wirtschaftspädagogik.
