Simultaneously, since May 2004, Jerry has served as an IS Support Coordinator at Engelberth Construction, Inc., where responsibilities include helpdesk support, hardware and software setup and repair, network administration, and server maintenance. Prior experience includes a role as an IT Consultant at Gallagher, Flynn & Company, LLP from December 1998 to April 2002. Jerry holds a certificate in Network and PC Support from Champlain College, completed between 1995 and 1998.
